This Prior Notice is for Quarantine purpose.
This notice need to be submitted by the exporters from the origin country regarding their plan for the importing the cargo that will undergo the Quarantine process.
The Quarantine is upgrading their service now and currently they also changed their website too, this Prior Notice is one of their additional procedure for submitting docs for the Quarantine process.
This procedure of sending ‘Prior Notice’ is starting for the cargo that will be arriving to Indonesia after 06 OCT 2024, attached is the procedure presentation for the Prior Notice.
Exporters need to submit the Health certificate, or other documents (Phyto, Sanitary certificate, etc) needed for the import clearance process.

The procedure as follow:
- Exporters need to make account on the Prior Notice App (1-2 working days)
- Fill in the Prior Notice section, need to submit before the cargo arrived in Indonesia
- On the Prior Notice section you need to fill in all the Health Certificate and other docs needed for the Quarantine clearance in Indonesia
- Once you submit, you will get the link of the Prior notice and you could print the notice and send to the Importers in Indonesia

Diese Mitteilung muss von den Exporteuren aus dem Herkunftsland bezüglich ihres Plans für den Import der Fracht, die dem Quarantäneprozess unterzogen wird, eingereicht werden.
Die Quarantäne verbessert derzeit ihren Service und hat derzeit auch ihre Website geändert. Diese vorherige Ankündigung ist eines ihrer zusätzlichen Verfahren zum Einreichen von Dokumenten für den Quarantäneprozess.
Dieses Verfahren zum Versenden einer „Voranmeldung“ beginnt für die Fracht, die nach ATA 06 OCT in Indonesien eintrifft. Im Anhang finden Sie die Verfahrensdarstellung für die Voranmeldung. Exporteure müssen das Gesundheitszeugnis oder andere Dokumente (Phyto-, Gesundheitszeugnis usw.) einreichen, die für den Einfuhrabfertigungsprozess erforderlich sind.
Der Ablauf ist wie folgt:
- Exporteure müssen ein Konto in der Vorankündigungs-App erstellen (1-2 Werktage)
- Füllen Sie den Abschnitt „Vorherige Mitteilung“ aus, der vor Ankunft der Fracht in Indonesien eingereicht werden muss
- Im Abschnitt „Voranmeldung“ müssen Sie alle Gesundheitsbescheinigungen und andere Dokumente ausfüllen, die für die Quarantänefreigabe in Indonesien erforderlich sind
- Sobald Sie den Antrag eingereicht haben, erhalten Sie den Link zur Vorabmitteilung und können die Mitteilung ausdrucken und an die Importeure in Indonesien senden
