 NAVIS Schiffahrts- und Speditions-Aktiengesellschaft is a group of companies active in all aspects of national and international freight forwarding. The company was founded in Hamburg 1956. Today NAVIS has branches in Bremen, Hanover, Frankfurt am Main, Freiberg (Saxony), Rotterdam, Antwerp and Barcelona. The NAVIS group’s annual turnover of around EUR 77 million in 2009 was produced by its staff of more than 180, the majority of whom have been working for the group for more than ten years. NAVIS AG is a holding company for its operating companies. It is public limited company with an issued capital of EUR 1,4 million. Its shareholders are its owners, Walter, Greta and Remo Stork. Throughout its existence, the company has maintained its independence for the good its customers. The company logo "the cargo company" was created in 1995 and patent-protected. In 1998, the idea of the Sea Transport Alliance® was born, is a close cooperation between German, European and overseas companies. |
