After decades of close alliance RONAVIS formally leaves our NAVIS Group and continues its successful business in Rotterdam in friendship and cooperation with us

Renaming of the branches in Bremen and Hanover.
The new names are NAVIS Bremen GmbH and NAVIS Hannover GmbH
Mr. Walter Stork resigns as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Kay A. Espey takes over as Chairman

NAVIS Hamburg Logistik GmbH and NAVIS Hannover Logistik GmbH are founded.

Dr. Volker Steinmeyer becomes a member of the Board of Management.
The NAVIS branch offices of Bremen and Hanover are certified as Authorized Economic Operators (AEO-F).
2010
Change in Management: Mr. Remo Stork assumes the role of Chairman of the Board of Management, Mr. Walter Stork becomes the Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
The Sea Transport Alliance Members are certified as Authorized Economic Operators (AEO-F).

NAVIS AG, Hamburg is certified as an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO-F).

The branch office of NAVIS in Frankfurt am Main is opened.

CRETSCHMAR – NAVIS Española, S.L., Barcelona joins the Sea Transport Alliance® from the start.

NAVIS is officially registered as IATA Cargo Agent.

Founding member of the Global Container Group.
Founding of the first non-European branch office of NAVIS in Mexico.

NAVIS – ZUFALL Seehafen-Spedition GmbH, Hamburg is founded for ocean freight import business development. Partner: Friedrich Zufall GmbH & Co. KG Internationale Spedition located in Göttingen. Disbanded in 2014.
Certification of the NAVIS Group in accordance with the requirements of the VDA 6.2 (the German Automotive Industry Association) by Bureau Veritas.
HONOLD – NAVIS Seehafen-Spedition GmbH, Hamburg joins the Sea Transport Alliance®. Disbanded in 2006.

Increase of the capital of NAVIS AG to EUR 1.4 Million.

CRETSCHMAR – NAVIS Seehafen-Spedition, Hamburg joins the Sea Transport Alliance® from the start.

The company’s slogan “the cargo company” and logo are created and patented.
NAVIS Schiffahrts- und Speditionsgesellschaft mbH, Hamburg changes its business form into a stock Company.

Implementation of a Quality Management System in compliance with DIN EN ISO 9001.
LOCTON-NAVIS Internationale Logistik-Kooperation, Hamburg joins the Sea Transport Alliance® from the start. Disbanded in 2004.

Walter Stork becomes a shareholder of NAVIS and is appointed sole Managing Director of the Company.

Walter Stork joins NAVIS as an employee.

Founding of NAVIS in Hamburg. The founder was a Belgian forwarding and shipping company represented by Eduard L. M. Joos in Antwerp.
