1. ALGEMENE VOORWAARDEN:<\/h1>\n

De Duitse bedrijven van NAVIS (NAVIS AG Hamburg, NAVIS Bremen GmbH, NAVIS Hannover GmbH, NAVIS AG vestiging Freiberg) alsmede de joint ventures van de Sea Transport Alliance (CRETSCHMAR \u2013 NAVIS Seehafen-Spedition GmbH, Noerpel \u2013 NAVIS GmbH) werken uitsluitend volgens de Allgemeine Deutsche Spediteur-Bedingungen 2017 (ADSp 2017, ‘Algemene Duitse expediteursvoorwaarden’).<\/strong><\/p>\n

Aanwijzing:<\/strong> De ADSp 2017 wijken in cijfer 23 in die zin af van het maximale aansprakelijkheidsbedrag voor materi\u00eble schade (art. 431 HGB) in de toepasselijke wetgeving, dat zij de aansprakelijkheid bij multimodale transporten met inbegrip van een zeetraject en bij onbekende schadelocatie tot 2 SZR\/kg beperken en voor het overige de voorgeschreven aansprakelijkheid van 8,33 SZR\/kg bovendien beperken tot 1,25 miljoen euro per schadegeval alsmede 2,5 miljoen per schade-incident, minimaal echter 2 SZR\/kg.<\/p>\n

NAVIS BV, Antwerpen<\/strong> werkt uitsluitend op basis van de Algemene Belgische Expediteursvoorwaarden in de nieuwste versie.<\/p>\n

2. OFFERTECLAUSULES VAN NAVIS:<\/h2>\n

We danken u voor uw aanvraag en doen u in onze hoedanigheid van expediteur een offerte voor de uitvoering toekomen op basis van de Algemene Duitse expediteursvoorwaarden 2017 (ADSp 2017).<\/p>\n

Aanwijzing:<\/strong> De ADSp 2017 wijken in cijfer 23 in die zin af van het maximale aansprakelijkheidsbedrag voor materi\u00eble schade (art. 431 HGB) in de toepasselijke wetgeving, dat zij de aansprakelijkheid bij multimodale transporten met inbegrip van een zeetraject en bij onbekende schadelocatie tot 2 SZR\/kg beperken en voor het overige de voorgeschreven aansprakelijkheid van 8,33 SZR\/kg bovendien beperken tot 1,25 miljoen euro per schadegeval alsmede 2,5 miljoen per schade-incident, minimaal echter 2 SZR\/kg.<\/p>\n

Deze offerte is gebaseerd op uw opgave van gewicht\/maten\/goederensoort\/waarde alsmede op de actueel geldende vrachtprijzen, tarieven en valutakoersen en is vrijblijvend tot deze bindend overeengekomen is. We doen u deze offerte toekomen onder de voorwaarde dat de ladingruimte door ons wordt geboekt op schepen, vliegtuigen of voertuigen van onze keuze. Alle vracht- en nevenkosten moeten in EURO worden voldaan, vreemde valuta worden omgerekend tegen de scheeps- of dagkoersen. Voor zover deze niet expliciet geoffreerd zijn, zijn de premie voor een transportverzekering alsmede andere eventuele kosten, bijv. voor de bepaling van inhoud of de bepaling van de toestand van ladingen bij beschadiging, schouwing door de douane, opslagkosten, verzendkosten voor documenten of buitengewone communicatiekosten niet in de offerte inbegrepen. De verzending van de documenten gebeurt voor risico van de opdrachtgever.<\/p>\n

3. OPDRACHTACCEPTATIE DOOR NAVIS:<\/h2>\n

Er is dan pas sprake van een acceptatie van de opdracht door NAVIS, wanneer een opdracht die via e-mail of internet bij NAVIS binnengekomen is, door NAVIS schriftelijk wordt bevestigd.<\/p>\n
