Service quality has traditionally been, and still is today, highly valued at NAVIS. A Quality Management System<\/strong> based on the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001 <\/strong>was already introduced in 1993. The official accreditation by Bureau Veritas Certification was effected in February 1996.<\/p>\n

The ISO certificate is valid for all branch offices\u00a0and all activities of NAVIS.<\/p>\n

The most recent re-certification, which is in accordance with the latest quality standards EN ISO 9001:2015<\/strong>, was granted by Bureau Veritas Certification Germany GmbH in April 2023. The certificate ISO 9001:2015 is valid until the 19th of April 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Regulated Agent (Air Freight)<\/h2>\n

In 2006, NAVIS (a certified IATA Cargo Agent), submitted an application to the German Federal Aviation Authority (LBA) to obtain the status of \u201cRegulated Agent\u201d in accordance with the air freight safety law. The branch office in Hamburg was successfully audited by the LBA under authorization number DE\/RA\/00563-01.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Authorized Economic Operator (AEO-F)<\/h2>\n

NAVIS AG, Hamburg, was certified by the Main Customs Office of the City of Hamburg as of 12 June 2009<\/strong> as \u201cAuthorized Economic Operator\u201d (AEO-F<\/strong>). This certification is valid for all branch offices of NAVIS AG.<\/p>\n

Effective 3 August 2010,<\/strong> the following Joint-Ventures<\/strong> are also AEO-F certified:<\/p>\n

The branch office NAVIS Bremen GmbH,<\/strong> Bremen, obtained its AEO-F certification as of 29 April 2011 (DE AEOF 105192).<\/p>\n

The branch office NAVIS Hannover GmbH,<\/strong> Hannover, obtained its AEO-F certification as of 15 May 2011 (DE AEOF 105314).<\/p>\n
